Professional Brand Identity

A mark people can use.
A designer who stays.

We design the identity — a mark, a kit, or a full system. You can take the files and run it — or keep us on it so the blue does not drift a week after launch.

Why brand identity

Look like the company.
Don't become the design department.

The mark still has to work. Drawing it, managing who draws it, and keeping it consistent after the files land should not be your job.

01 The load

Canva, Fiverr, or a hire — each one is a second job

Do it yourself and the evenings disappear. Manage freelancers and you inherit a second inbox. Put a designer on payroll and you have opened a department. You came here so the identity would stop being the thing that eats the week.

The company needs you at the work. Not at the files.

02 The team

The mark is how people meet the business. It drifts.

Launch week is the easy part. A week later someone used the wrong blue, the wordmark got rebuilt in a slide, and nobody owns the file. You need someone who already understands the business, and can make the next version without a briefing.

A designer on the identity. Present. Accountable. Already in the work.

03 The mark

It has to be a mark people can actually use.

A good identity is one the team can apply: logo, color, type, a short guide. Usable on a site, a deck, and a phone — that is how it earns its keep.

Clear. Repeatable. Built to last the year, not the launch.

We take the identity so you can take the company.

How we work

You stay on the company.
We run the identity.

No open moodboard. No three-month silence. No dump of files unless that is the job you hired.

  1. 01

    We learn the business first

What you sell, who it's for, what the mark has to do. A logo, a kit, or a system — we lock the job before anyone draws.

  2. 02

You see the mark take shape

One designer. Checkpoints you can actually review. You approve before we lock the files — not after a surprise at the end.

  3. 03

We hand off. We can stay.

You get the files. You own them. Keep a designer on the identity so it stays consistent, or apply it yourself.

Questions before you hire

What do you actually make?

A mark, a kit, or a system. The mark is the logo. The kit adds color, type, and a short guide. The system adds the applications — social, decks, the places the mark has to live.

Is this a logo contest?

No. One designer, one direction, written scope. You see the mark take shape. You approve before we lock the files.

Can you take over an identity I already have?

Yes. We review what you have — files, colors, the ways it already fails — before we redraw anything. Repair is part of the conversation, not an afterthought.

What if I only want the files?

Pay once. We design. We hand off. You apply it. Monthly care is there later if you want it — not a requirement.

Do you stay after the files land?

That's the monthly path: keep the identity current, stop the drift, and — if you want it — keep the applications in step. Cancel when you want.

How is this different from Fiverr or a hire?

You don't manage the work, and you don't open a design department. One designer who already understands the business, and can make the next version without a briefing deck.

If this is the fit

We'll take it from there.
